it was really a very unlikely vacation spot for us as to me i would never anticipate going to Hong Kong as part of MY vacation list (serious bunyi mcm spoilt brattss).. anyway.. we did go to hong kong for 4 days.. just the three of us.. another thing that shocked a lot of people since i actually rather like going with a troops of people (thats how ive been brought up anyway).. so for me to go 3 branak.. it scares the shit out of me.. bukan laa ape kan.. but im not confident to handle marisa without the help of others since she can be quite active and her normal minum susu is not so normal for babies her age.. i wont explain that further..
Anyway, we decided to go Hong Kong since ayil expect for the next few months time i wont be having any cuti2 since HP is giving him a big project.. and for him to foresee this.. we better make quick decision and decide to just go ahead to cuti wherever that is..
we actually thot of going to the Uk to visit tapai.. did a lot of surveying but finally had to cancel it since the weather is very cold and furthermore its gonna be pretty much expensive since we dunt really have a place to crash down into..
our next option was melbourne.. thot of visiting kaksu and lepak at her hse.. but since i couldnt get thru her, and the drought over there is quite terrible... we ruled that out..
and the came china.. but china? apa ada sana? baik gih hongkies.. leh gih disneyland.. and futhermore fira and cikjah just came back from hongkies late last yr and said HK was oke.. and lagi plak its winter.. it shud be a lottt colder than kl anyway..
uhhoohh.. not that we ruled out cuti-cuti malaysia.. but its really an untimely month since all over malaysia has been raining and flooding.. so might as well get out of malaysia..
Anyway.. to summarize our first trip as a family.. it was GREAT!!
Our flight was scheduled at 940am.. asked ibu and cikjah to sent us over to KLIA.. mmg nih stok sayang cucu btul laa.. sampai kat anjung tinjau tuh nenek2 menghantar marisa.. time naik train to go to the terminal pun leh nampak nenek2 lambai2 kat tingkap gelap tuh..
our flight went on smoothly.. or so i thot since even before the plane took off marisa slept and gave us litttlee trouble.. but how wronged i was.. for the last 30mins before arriving Honkong International airport, marisa threw tantrums and mintak nak balik.. she really waileddd and screams on tops of her lungssss... and when she finally stopped, dier terus tido... baguss btullll.. and i had to carry her all the way to the baggage claim section.. dah ler stroller kiteorg pegi check in.. and it was really a loonnnggg walkk..
by the time we settled our luggage and all, kastam dah abis check passport ape sume, we took our shuttle bus to Holiday Inn Golden Mile at Mody Road.. it was situated along the street of Nathan road where org sume kate its a veryyy gooddd place to shoopp.. Horreyyyy for me!!
Checked In,.. and gave marisa her nasi.. and rest a bit.. pasang barney marisa (luckily we bring this especially for her) and decided to walk arnd and check out for places to makan.. bukannya tau mane nak gih.. pakai main jalan jek.. bile balik to the hotel, br tau we passed through Kowloon park and that was a long walk!
Came back to the hotel.. again fed marisa.. and decided to sleep in.. thot it was late already.. but rupenyer kul 6 dah mcm kul 7.. and kiteorg pun cam kepenatan... better save some enerygy for tomorrow's trip
